FAULTY ITEMIf the item is faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. If an exchange is selected we will post out a replacement item with a reply paid satchel to send back the faulty item. If a refund is opted we will refund you the cost of the item and postage.
EXCHANGESIf you decide to exchange your item for another item or size please contact info@oishi-m.com to confirm the replacement item is available. Goods to exchange must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase – unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached to Oishi-m Pty Ltd, 2/2 Stuart Ave, Jan Juc Victoria, Australia 3228. Upon receipt of the exchanged item the replacement item will be posted to you as soon as possible.
RETURNSTo return an item(s), please contact info@oishi-m.com and indicate the reason for the return. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase – unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage.
